But this time I am happy to say that Anna and I bought a condo, and we&#8217;re almost settled in. Sure feels nice to break away from paying rent, and own something of our own.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s another image from our time in California. It was a\u00a0 challenge to try and keep the tripod pressed deep in the sand so it wouldn&#8217;t move as the waves came towards me, trying to take the sand out from under my own feet as well as the tripod.\u00a0 I would recommend using a cheaper tripod for coastal photos, unless you really enjoy totally dismantling and cleaning the entire unit after taking your shots for the day.
