While snapping photos of this rock, the clouds would cover the sun, then move and shine on the rock in the foreground. It was like a light switch, constantly on, then off then on again. So I snapped this one when the sun had just poked out again, making the orange on the rock really pop. 2 stop hard edge grad was used to hold back the sky.
